This website is a fictional roleplay platform created for the DCE (District of Columbia Experience) Roblox roleplay community. It simulates official U.S. government agency websites for entertainment and roleplay purposes only.

3. Roblox Integration & Third-Party App Compliance
This Service uses Roblox OAuth 2.0 for authentication in compliance with the Roblox Creator Third Party App Policy and Creator Third Party App Terms.
Age Requirement: You must have a Roblox account that is 13+ to authorize this application, as required by Roblox's OAuth 2.0 system.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to authenticate using your Roblox account. By doing so, you:
- Confirm you are authorized to use the Roblox account you authenticate with
- Agree to comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards in addition to these terms
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Agree not to share your session or impersonate others
- Acknowledge that you can revoke access at any time through your Roblox App Permissions settings
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to impersonate actual government officials or agencies outside of roleplay contexts
- Spread misinformation suggesting this is an official government website
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
6. Content
All articles, press releases, and other content on this website are fictional and created for roleplay purposes. They do not represent actual government positions, policies, or communications.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's original content, features, and functionality are owned by the DCE Roleplay community and are protected by applicable laws. U.S. government seals and imagery are used for parody/roleplay purposes under fair use principles.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy complies with the Roblox Creator Third Party App Policy. We only request the minimal amount of data necessary to provide our service.
1. Information We Collect
Information from Roblox OAuth
In accordance with Roblox's data minimization requirements, we only request the minimal data needed to provide our service. When you sign in with Roblox, we receive and store:
- Roblox User ID: Your unique Roblox identifier (required for authentication)
- Username: Your Roblox display name (for identification within the roleplay)
- Profile Picture: Your Roblox avatar thumbnail (optional, for display purposes)
Note: Roblox does not provide email addresses through OAuth. We do not have access to your Roblox password, payment information, or any other Roblox account data beyond what is listed above.
Information from Discord OAuth
If you choose to link your Discord account for passport services, we collect:
- Discord User ID: Your unique Discord identifier
- Username: Your Discord username
- Avatar: Your Discord profile picture (optional)
- Server Membership: We verify your membership in the DCE Discord server
Note: Discord linking is optional and only required for passport requests. You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your account settings.
Passport Request Information
When you submit a passport request, we collect:
- Roleplay Name: Your in-character name for the passport
- Date of Join: When you joined the DCE community
- Avatar Image: Your Roblox avatar for the passport photo
Automatically Collected Information
- Session Data: Temporary data to keep you logged in
- IP Address: For security and abuse prevention
- Browser/Device Info: User agent string for compatibility
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Provide personalized roleplay features based on your roles
- Process and issue roleplay passports
- Verify Discord server membership for passport eligibility
- Send notifications about passport request status via Discord webhooks
- Prevent abuse and maintain security
- Improve the Service
3. Information Sharing
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information
- Share your data with advertisers
- Provide your information to third parties for marketing
We MAY share information:
- With DCE Roleplay community moderators for administration purposes
- If required by law or to protect our rights
- To prevent fraud or abuse
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Session tokens are encrypted, and we use HTTPS for all communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for:
- Authentication: Keeping you logged in across pages
- Agency Detection: Remembering which agency site you're viewing
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify you personally.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your stored data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Correction: Update your information (via Roblox profile)
- Withdraw Consent: Stop using the Service at any time
To exercise these rights, contact the DCE Roleplay administration through the official Discord server.
7. Children's Privacy
This Service is intended for users who meet Roblox's age requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent as managed through Roblox's platform.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session data is automatically deleted after expiration. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Passport Requests: Passport request data is automatically deleted after the request is approved or denied. Issued passports remain in our system until they expire or are revoked.
Discord Data: If you unlink your Discord account, we remove your Discord credentials from our system. You can relink at any time.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or Discord.
